So I guess as my first keto journal post I will show you how far I have come. My skin is the clearest it has been in years, my blood pressure is regular, and my fibromyalgia is is mostly under control.
OBVIOUSLY I still have a long way to go and I plan to get there. I just wanted to be open and transparent about where I started and where I am.
Some days it feels so difficult to do. Some days I am overwhelmed with everything. Some days I eat or drink things that are VERY not keto-friendly. I just jump back on the wagon and get to it again.
I do not believe in weight loss supplements. I refuse to be sold anything, so please don’t try.
